GIRALDA PLACE MODEL RESIDENCE

A-List collaborated with Giralda Place developers to design the lobby, outdoor pool deck, select finishes for the kitchens and bathrooms in addition to designing the model residence in the 33-unit luxury development in downtown Coral Gables. The model residence is a multi-level townhome that spans 1,783 square feet, with 10-foot glass doors opening to the pool deck; porcelain and light-washed wood flooring; and couple-friendly walk-in closets. A-List brought in accents like brushed metallic wallpaper and retro light fixtures and furniture pieces from their A-List Design Collection in the living, master, and guest rooms.
